Return policy

At Olivia & Rose London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, we understand that you may wish to return an item. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

A return can only be registered after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and cards still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing the item is not permitted.

Returns of items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

Return Procedure

Please notify us of your return by emailing info@oliviaroselondon.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

Return the item at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping charges.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.

Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost parcels if tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address has been provided, responsibility lies with the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
